  • Identify the client ID
  • Identify the document type*
  • Create a folder for the client if one does not exist already
  • File the document as a “searchable pdf” in your existing filing system
  • All TFNs and other identifiers will be automatically redacted

Once the email add on is activated all emails are stored with the attachment in the customers folder as an record and the attachments are also automatically processed by the system.
